1.) Describe your character’s relationship with their mother or their father, or both. Was it good? Bad? Were they spoiled rotten, ignored? Do they still get along now, or no?
Mydia:
She never knew her father, and she was too young when her house collapsed. But as an only child in the house, she was loved by her mother and her grandparents. She was too noisy and a bit rouge, so she probably caused some problem, but she was loved and she loved them too. Though she doesn’t even remember these days now. After de incident, she was never the same child. She grew up in a local orphanage then, and never got adopted by another family.
(Ps: They wouldn’t be so good with her father if she knew he was trying to kill her and her mother in the day their house collapsed. Yeah.)
Cheryl:
She grew up alone with her mother and she never respected her. Her mother never expressed her love to her child, at least Cheryl thinks this way. She just put a meal in front of her, then, started restricting her life. She doesn’t remember playing with her, or listening a fairy tale from her. Only thing she knows is how many different man she brought to the house when she was pretenting to be asleep. That’s why she believes her mother doesn’t even know who her father is, and later on, didn’t understand why did she ever bother to give birth to her. She left the house when she could, and never talked to her since. Her mother is still calling her somethimes, but Cheryl just doesn’t pick up.
Ivy:
Well, Ivy’s family life is really complicated. She has 26 sisters with no mother or father. (Maybe Odin is their father, who knows? He’s “Odin the Allfather” after all.) Counting from oldest to youngest, Ivy is the 16th. She’s not getting along with all of them. She was close with her younger sisters, for being a guide to them. Some of them even looked up to her. For thousands of years, she wasn’t bad with even one of them, until the Vietnam War. Ivy was downgraded and punished, for interfereing with the war. She crawled to her old status from nothing again, with help of some of her younger sisters. And after that, she discovered injustice within their family. By exposing this, she caused an uprising. She banished their oldest ones. Some of her sisters has left the realm for good. Now they are not as organised as they used to. From 27 sisters, there’s only 13 sisters left, along with Ivy. They are all spread to the earth with parties of three. Only Ivy, wanders alone. Even though they spread the organization and decided there would be no leaders, all the remaining sisters count Ivy as their leader for revealing the injustice and respect her. Ivy sometimes visits them to see how they’re doing.
